Art classes with E.J. Gold

For those if you who have had the privilege and good fortune to be able to partake in the art classes E.J. Gold is giving these days, you know how amazing they are. To me it feels like as if I am attending a high level Art Academy in this small town Grass Valley in California. You can learn the art of drawing, watercolor, or charcoal, and, almost as important for me...have fun doing so, even through the challenges of a beginner.

Group's first landscapes:

Here a snapshot I was able to take of everyone's first landscape drawing. We all had just started 2 weeks prior with drawing lessons, spending most of our time with grayscale and shading excercises. These drawings were all done during the class.
The "problem", that is the task, is shown in the drawing on top, which was done by E.J. at the beginning of the class.

This was one of my favorite classes, great energy and lots of fun too...and we were happy with the results.

If you would like to see more pictures of first drawings or close-ups, click here for more on drawing with E.J. Gold
